Known for his forward-thinking and innovative approach, Brandon has developed and leading, cross-industry technology solutions that have significantly transformed business processes. His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the growth of multiple ventures, making him a key figure in enhancing innovation and efficiency within complex markets. Mark Pape
Mark Pape brings over 50 years of financial leadership experience to the company. His distinguished career spans investment banking, corporate finance, and executive management, with a focus on driving growth and stability across industries such as insurance, technology, and private equity. Mark's expertise in financial strategy and corporate governance has been a cornerstone of success for the organizations he’s guided. A certified public accountant, Mark is also deeply committed to community service, having contributed to numerous nonprofit organizations. His extensive experience and dedication to excellence make him a vital asset to the company’s financial leadership.


Adam Rose
Adam Rose brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning engineering, product management, and operations. He has held senior roles at AECOM, Freese & Nichols, and XP Solutions before moving into product and technology leadership at Dialexa, Modern Message, and Bottle Rocket. Adam later co-founded Property Guard, a leading AI-driven compliance solution, and has now served as company CTO for over 4 years. With a proven track record of scaling teams, driving innovation, and leading technical strategy, Adam combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial execution – making him an invaluable technical leader for the company.


Mike Mclaren
Michael (“Mike”) McLaren brings more than a decade of technology leadership experience across enterprise software, fintech, and data-driven platforms. As Chief Compliance Officer at EPIC, he oversees the company’s compliance, information security, and risk programs, helping ensure EPIC operates with the rigor required of a modern payments technology company. Drawing on a deep technical background and experience building complex systems at scale, Mike brings a practical, technology-forward approach to regulatory compliance, security, and operational resilience. Known for connecting technical risk with business priorities, he plays a critical role in protecting EPIC, its customers, and the broader ecosystem it serves.


Dezann Korbuly
Dezann Korbuly brings over 30 years of financial leadership and accounting expertise to her role as Corporate Controller. Throughout her career, she has overseen corporate finance, compliance, reporting, and audit functions across diverse industries, with a proven ability to strengthen financial operations and support organizational growth. Dezann has built and led high-performing finance teams, implemented scalable systems, and ensured rigorous financial controls for both private and growth-stage companies. Known for her precision, integrity, and collaborative leadership style, she plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation for the company.


Tab Edmundson
Tab Edmundson brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in the automotive industry, specializing in vehicle lifecycle management, payment solutions, and innovation. He most recently served as President of DDI Technology, where he transformed the company into a national competitor and grew revenue by 300% in three years. Prior to that, Tab spent over two decades at Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA), leading client solutions, account management, and system development, including the launch of IAA Loan Payoff. Known for scaling teams, building client trust, and delivering measurable growth, Tab is a proven leader driving operational and market success.


Brady Ferron
Brady Ferron brings over 25 years of professional experience, including more than two decades in automotive technology, marketing, and fintech. He has held senior roles at PureCars, Cloud Theory (which he co-founded), and Epsilon, where he consistently drove growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial strategy. Brady’s expertise spans CRM, DMS, OEM, and fintech solutions, allowing him to bridge technical and business conversations with clients and partners. Recognized for building and scaling high-performing sales and customer success teams, he combines big-company discipline with startup grit – making him the ideal leader to accelerate revenue, deepen partnerships, and drive customer adoption for the company.


Sean Fennema
Sean Fennema is a seasoned operations and automotive finance leader with more than three decades of experience spanning lending, servicing, portfolio management, risk, and operational strategy. As Vice President of Operations at EPIC, Sean leads operational execution and process development across the company’s growing automotive payments platform. He has held senior leadership roles at organizations including GMAC, Capital One, USAA, and Crescent Bank, leading large-scale operational initiatives and strengthening risk controls and customer experiences. With deep expertise in automotive finance, Sean brings a strong understanding of the processes, controls, and relationships that power the automotive ecosystem.


Ryan Fagan
Ryan Fagan is an accomplished product leader with deep experience building enterprise technology across automotive, financial, and operational workflows. With more than a decade in product management at IAA, Ryan has led large-scale initiatives spanning vehicle titling, lien payoff and loan closure, financial settlement, workflow automation, and API integrations. He is also co-inventor of a U.S. patent for AI-powered document classification, reflecting his ability to apply emerging technology to complex operational challenges. Ryan brings a unique foundation in both technology infrastructure and product strategy and is known for translating complex business needs into scalable, customer-focused solutions that improve efficiency, accelerate turnaround times, and deliver measurable operational impact.


Michelle Russell
Michelle Russell brings more than 20 years of automotive experience, with a diverse background spanning vehicle titles, total loss, salvage, and complex transaction workflows. Over the past several years, she has focused on account management and technology-enabled automotive solutions, serving as a trusted partner to customers navigating operational and process challenges. As Senior Account Manager at EPIC, Michelle works closely with customers to strengthen relationships, support adoption, and help ensure a seamless experience. Known for her deep operational knowledge, responsiveness, and client-first approach, Michelle is passionate about driving efficiency, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.


Karen Dudash
Karen Dudash brings more than 20 years of automotive experience, with a background spanning dealership operations, finance, customer success, SaaS implementation, and account management. As Senior Account Manager at EPIC, Karen works closely with customers to strengthen relationships, drive platform adoption, and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing use. Her experience includes managing large automotive SaaS portfolios and supporting complex, multi-location dealer groups through implementation, training, and product adoption. With firsthand dealership experience across sales, finance, inventory, and customer operations, Karen brings a practical understanding of the challenges customers face and a consultative, hands-on approach to helping them succeed.


Paula Swann
Paula Swann is an experienced automotive and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning account management, business development, dealer solutions, and customer growth. As Senior Account Manager at EPIC, Paula works closely with customers to strengthen relationships, support adoption, and ensure they realize lasting value from EPIC’s platform. Throughout her career, she has worked with more than 1,000 automotive dealerships and major dealer groups, with leadership roles across automotive SaaS, retail technology, remarketing, and financial services. Known for her relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the automotive ecosystem, Paula is passionate about helping customers navigate change, improve performance, and achieve long-term success.


Patricia Underwood
Patricia Underwood is a dedicated client support leader focused on delivering a responsive, seamless, and high-quality experience for EPIC’s customers. As Client Support Lead, she oversees day-to-day client support, helping dealers navigate issues, resolve questions, and get the most value from EPIC’s platform. Patricia has played an important role in strengthening EPIC’s support operations and client relationships, earning a reputation for responsiveness, follow-through, and a customer-first approach. With a focus on process improvement, cross-team coordination, and client advocacy, Patricia helps ensure every customer interaction reflects EPIC’s commitment to exceptional service.

Chase Fraser
Chase Fraser is a seasoned entrepreneur, board director, and venture capital fund manager with deep expertise in transportation and mobility innovation. He is the Founding Partner of FM Capital, a sector-focused venture firm with over $500 million in assets under management. At FM Capital, Chase leads investment strategy, capital formation, and deal structuring, with over 60 investments and 24 board roles to date. Prior to FM, he founded MarketQuiz, a multi-channel marketing platform for automotive dealerships that was acquired by SCI-Marketview. Chase holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Winter Park, Colorado.


Brian Reed
Brian Reed is a seasoned innovator with success across startups and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in solving complex business challenges through technology. With over a decade of experience in F&I aftermarket product processing, he has built and led several automotive industry-defining ventures. Highlights include founding a $2B+ indirect auto finance company, launching an internet auto loan business at Daimler Benz that later became part of Capital One Auto Finance, and serving on the board of what is now TrueCar. As Co-Founder and CEO of F&I Express, he built the automotive industry’s largest aftermarket F&I provider network before selling to Cox Automotive’s Dealertrack in 2018. Widely recognized for his contributions, Brian has been featured in major media outlets and named a “Pioneer of the Internet” by J.D. Power for his early work in online auto finance.


Wade Myers
Wade Myers is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and board director with over 35 years of leadership experience spanning technology, venture capital, real estate, and private equity. He has founded, co-founded, or invested in more than 40 companies, including multiple successful exits across SaaS, fintech, and services. Wade is Co-Founder and General Partner of Eagle Venture Fund and Eagle Venture Lab, and has led or chaired ventures ranging from RealManage and CiraConnect to emerging AI and fintech startups. A Harvard Business School graduate and decorated U.S. Army veteran, Wade brings unmatched entrepreneurial insight, strategic vision, and global investment expertise to the company’s board.


Dave Copps
Dave Copps is a serial entrepreneur and recognized leader in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling companies at the forefront of machine learning and data innovation. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Worlds, a platform pioneering the Industrial Metaverse by creating live digital twins of operations for global enterprises. Previously, he founded and led Brainspace and Engenium, both of which achieved successful exits. Named E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year and a Dallas 500 honoree, Dave brings deep expertise in AI, innovation, and strategy to the company’s board.

Steve Greenfield is a leading voice in automotive technology and mobility investment, with more than 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, strategy, and corporate development. He is the Founder and General Partner of Automotive Ventures, a global seed-stage mobility fund, and serves on numerous boards including WarrCloud, Lender Compliance Technologies, and InstallerNet. Previously, Steve held senior leadership roles at AutoTrader and Manheim, where he drove acquisitions of vAuto, Kelley Blue Book, VinSolutions, and HomeNet Automotive. Ron Frey
Ron Frey is a seasoned automotive strategist, investor, and advisor with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving innovation, strategy, and growth across the automotive ecosystem. He is Principal of RL Frey, Inc., where he advises companies and serves on multiple corporate boards, including CDK Global, Dealer Tire, TradePending, Dealer Services Network, and RevolutionParts. Previously, Ron served as EVP and Chief Global Strategy Officer at CDK Global, Chief Strategy Officer at AutoNation, and CEO of Autoland. Paul Whitworth
Paul Whitworth is a seasoned automotive technology and mobility leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning strategy, operations, and venture investment. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at WarrCloud and as a Board Member at AutoFi, while also working as an Operating Partner with Automotive Ventures. Previously, Paul was President of AutoTrader.ca, where he led the successful sale of the company to AutoScout24, and held senior executive roles at Cox Automotive overseeing Kelley Blue Book, Dealertrack DMS, and vAuto.
